Itinerary for 6 Days from Casablanca to desert

Day 1: Casablanca – Fes:

Pick up and transfer to Fez the cultural capital of Morocco.

Day 2: Fez -Fez:

Today’s program is all about discovering Fez city, the cultural capital of Morocco and the oldest Moroccan imperial cities. In Fes, we will try to visit every attractive place in the city. We will visit; Bou Inania Madrasa, Dar Batha, Attarine Souks, Fes El-Jedid, Karaouine Mosque …we will have a break for lunch on an old Medina restaurant. The afternoon is a free time; you may have rest or discover more on your own. Overnight at a hotel or riad

Day 3: Fez – Merzouga Dunes:

After breakfast, we drive heading to Merzouga village. Crossing the Switzerland of Morocco! Ifrane city. Making a stop at the Azrou cedar forest full of monkeys. Next, we pass by the Middle Atlas Mountains, Midelt city, Ziz valley, and Erfoud city.

After arriving to the Erg Chebbi in Merzouga, you will begin to feel the tranquility and peace of the desert. We will enjoy the sunset scenery over the dunes. At the night, you will be amazed by the desert sky. Our dinner would be at lodge at the foot of the dunes.

Day 4: Merzouga- Ouarzazate:

Today, we need to wake up early to catch and enjoy the sunrise. Then we will ride camels heading back to the lodge where you may have a shower if you want, before enjoying your breakfast. Next, we drive to Rissani town, where we will visit its old traditional souk. Our next destination would be Ouarzazate, to get to it, we will pass by; Alnif, Tazzarine, Todra Gorges, Dades valley, the Valley of roses, Skoura oasis. We will make several stops, to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, take pictures or have a cup of tea break. After getting to Ouarzazate, we will have our lunch and spend the night at a hotel.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah -Marrakech:

Today we will drive from Ouarzazate to Marrakech, but first we need to discover some interesting sites at Ouarzazate. Our first visit would be, the famous old Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. The Kasbah is a UNESCO world heritage site, and has host many movies such as ‘the Mummy’, ‘The Jewel of the Nile’, ‘Gladiator’, and ‘Kingdom of Heaven’. After that, we will head back to Marrakech, passing pay the Atlas Mountains, and the 2260m high, Tizi N Tichka pass. We get to Marrakech on afternoon.

 Day 6: Marrakech-Casablanca:

After having breakfast, we depart towards the economical capital of morocco, Casablanca. Where we will visit the largest mosque in morocco and the second in Africa, the Hassan II Mosque.

In the afternoon, we will drive you back to your hotel.
